Straight after payment, the confirmation page shows a download link for each file, and the same links arrive by email at the address you gave at checkout. Nothing is posted.

No. There is nothing to sign up to or sign in to. Your order email is your way back to your files.

On Stripe's checkout page, by card or, where your device offers them, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Stripe handles the card; we never see its number. Prices are in US dollars.

Look in spam or promotions first: it comes from an address you have not had mail from before. If the confirmation page is still open, you can download from there. If neither works, write to support@lunithlabs.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we will send the links again.

For as long as the order stands: each click is checked against your order with Stripe at that moment. Save the files somewhere of your own anyway. If a link ever stops working, write to us and we will send the files again.

Printables are PDFs in US Letter and A4. Spreadsheets are .xlsx files that come with a PDF guide. Notion templates arrive as a PDF guide carrying the link that copies the template into your own workspace. Each product page lists every file in the download.

Whichever matches your paper. US Letter is the standard sheet in the United States and Canada; A4 is the standard in most other countries. Both are in the download, and each is drawn at its own real size rather than scaled from the other.

At 100% or Actual size. Not Fit to page or Shrink oversized pages: those resize the page, and that is what moves content into the edge your printer cannot reach. Print one page first and check it. Plain paper is fine unless a page says otherwise.

Printing at the right size

Yes. Open them in any PDF app that lets you write on a page. They are drawn pages rather than type-in forms, so you write on them with a stylus or a finger, as you would on paper.

They are .xlsx files, checked in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; each product page says which apps its file was checked in. Numbers can open .xlsx files, but we have not checked ours in it. If Numbers is what you have, Google Sheets, which is free with a Google account, is the safer place to open them.

The spreadsheets and the Notion templates, yes: they are yours to change. The PDFs are finished pages to print or write on, not documents built for editing.

No. A free Notion account is enough for every template we sell. Sign in, open the link from the guide, and click Duplicate: the template copies into your own workspace and is yours to keep and change.

Each template's page says what screen it is built for. Lunith Commerce OS is built for a desktop screen, because its tables are wide: a phone is fine for reading a number or adding a row, not for working in it.

Sign in to Notion in the same browser first, then open the link again. If the template still will not copy, or copies with its numbers blank, write to us with the guide's file name and what you saw, and we will get it working.

Refunds

No. A duplicate is your own copy, and nothing we do afterwards changes it.

No. Digital products are not refunded, because a file cannot be handed back once it is delivered. If something will not open, will not duplicate, or is not what its page describes, we fix it: write to us with your order reference. Every piece of feedback goes into the LunithLabs software we are building next.

Refunds

Use it yourself, or inside one business, as much as that use needs. Do not resell it, share the files, or pass on a Notion template's link.

Licence

Email support@lunithlabs.com with the reference from your order email, the name of the file, and what happened. Support is by email, and every message gets a written answer.
