Use what you buy yourself, or inside one business, as much as that use needs. Do not resell it, share the files, or pass on a Notion template's link.
What you are buying
A licence to use the files, not the copyright in them. The copyright stays with Brandon Chaney.
What you may do
Use the product for yourself, or inside one business, including the people who work in it. For the printables, one household, classroom or team counts the same way.
Print as many copies of a printable as that use needs.
Fill in, change and save copies of a spreadsheet for that use.
Duplicate a Notion template into your own workspace as many times as you need, and change it however you like.
Share what you have filled in, such as a completed page, a finished report or your own numbers, with anyone you choose, for example your accountant or a customer. It is the blank product that stays with you.
What you may not do
Sell, give away or redistribute the files or a template, in whole or in part, as they are or changed.
Share a Notion template's duplicate link, post it anywhere, or put it where people outside your household or business can reach it. For a Notion template the link is the product: anyone who has it can take a copy.
Put the files on a shared drive, website or marketplace that people outside that use can reach.
Include the files, a template, or anything made from them, in a product, template, bundle or course that you sell or give away.
Pass on your order email or the link to your order page. Whoever has them can download your files.
If you need more
Using a product across more than one business, or with clients as part of a service you sell, needs a different licence. Write to support@lunithlabs.com before you do.
When the licence ends
It lasts for as long as you keep to it. It ends if the payment is reversed, or if you break these terms. When it ends, please delete the files and any copy of the template.
