What you are buying, how it reaches you, and what each side can expect. The refund policy and the licence each have their own page and are part of these terms.
Who you are buying from
This site is run by Brandon Chaney, trading as LunithLabs, at 62 Gates St, Lowell, MA 01851, United States, trading as LunithLabs. You can reach us at support@lunithlabs.com.
What we sell
Digital files: printable PDFs, spreadsheets, and Notion templates delivered as a PDF guide that carries the link which copies the template into your own workspace. Nothing is posted.
Each product page lists the files in the download, their format and what you need to open them. That list is the description of what you are buying.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge its own fee for doing so.
Payment is taken on Stripe's checkout page, by card or, where your device offers them, a wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Stripe processes the card; we never see its number.
Any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
Your order is accepted when Stripe confirms the payment, and delivery begins at once.
Delivery
Straight after payment, the confirmation page shows a download link for each file in your order, and the same links arrive by email at the address you gave at checkout.
The links work for as long as the order stands: each download is checked against our record of your order when you click it, and a reversed payment closes the links. Please save the files somewhere of your own when you download them.
If a link stops working, or the email does not arrive, write to support@lunithlabs.com with your order reference or the email address you used, and we will send the files again.
What you need
PDFs need a PDF reader, and a printer if you want paper copies. Spreadsheets need an app that opens .xlsx files; each product page says which apps its file was checked in. Notion templates need a Notion account (the free plan is enough for every template we sell) and a screen of the size the product page says the template is built for.
Other companies' software
Notion, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and the PDF apps you open our files in are made by other companies. We do not control them, and a change they make can change how a file behaves. When that happens, write to us: we will fix it with you.
What the products are, and what they are not
They are tools you fill in yourself. None of them connects to a bank, a shop or a marketplace; every number in them is one you enter.
Where a product shows fees, tax or money figures as examples, they are examples, dated where they come from a published source, and yours to check against the source before you rely on them. Nothing we sell or publish is financial, tax or legal advice.
What you get out of a product depends on how you use it and on your own business. Nothing on this site claims or implies a level of sales, income or savings.
Refunds and the licence
Digital products are not refunded; what we do instead when something is wrong is on the refunds page. What you may do with what you buy is on the licence page. Both are part of these terms.
Our responsibility to you
We make the files with care and describe them as they are. If something we sold you is faulty or not as described, we put it right, and you keep any remedy the law where you live gives you.
As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Other companies' names
Etsy, Gumroad, Shopify, Notion, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, Apple Pay and Google Pay are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named on this site only to say what our products work with or are about. LunithLabs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, nor by Notion Labs, Inc.
Changes to these terms
The terms that apply to an order are the ones on this page when the order was placed. When they change, the date at the top changes with them.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
Please write to us first. Most problems are a file that did not open, and those are fixed by email.
