Refunds and fixes
Last updated
Draft for the owner's review. This page has not been checked by a lawyer and is not legal advice.
Digital products are not refunded. If something you bought does not work, or is not what its page describes, we fix it, and every piece of feedback goes into the LunithLabs software we are building next.
No refunds on digital products
Everything we sell is a digital file, delivered the moment your payment clears. A file cannot be handed back, so once it is delivered you have it, and we do not refund it.
That is why every product page says exactly what the files are, what opens them, what you need, and what the product does not do. Read the page before you buy, and if anything is unclear, ask us first.
At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and agree to this policy. The checkbox says so in plain words.
What we do instead
If a file will not open, a Notion template will not duplicate into your workspace, or what you received is not what the product page described, write to support@lunithlabs.com with your order reference and what happened.
We fix it. Depending on the problem that is a corrected file, a fresh download link, a re-issued template link, or a walk through the step that failed, and we keep going until it works.
We answer every message. Say which product, which file by its name, what you opened it in, and what you saw; the contact page lists what helps.
Where your feedback goes
We read every message, including the ones that are not about a fault: what is missing, what is awkward, what you wish it did.
That feedback goes into the LunithLabs software we are building next: a subscription product for running a business that sells, fixed and updated continuously, which is why it will be a subscription. It is not available yet, and we will say so plainly until it is.
The template you buy today is yours to keep. Its own updates are additive and listed in the guide's changelog; nothing in your copy changes under you.
If you are in the UK or the European Union
As a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right ends once delivery has begun, if you asked for delivery to begin within the 14 days and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel by doing so.
At checkout we ask you for both: you ask for immediate delivery, and you acknowledge that your right to cancel ends when delivery begins. Delivery begins as soon as your payment clears. Your order email repeats that confirmation.
Nothing on this page removes a right the law where you live gives you, including where content is faulty and cannot be put right.
Please write before you dispute a payment
If something is wrong, write to us before asking your bank to reverse the payment. We answer every message, and a dispute takes far longer to settle than an email.
If a payment is reversed, the order's download links stop working and its licence ends.
