A dated path from idea to live to the first week's review, on paper.

Five stages at a glance: idea, assets, pricing sign-off, listing live, first 7 days. Offer lock: problem, promise, deliverables and the price decision. Assets and proof: images, answers, policy note, delivery test, checkout. Go-live on your own site first, other channels as blank lines you name. Launch week: Day 0 to Day 7, a grid you date and fill. The first-week review in the four Weekly Review prompts. A handoff sheet: SKU name, live date, list price, unit cost, notes.

Print it, or mark it up on a tablet. Write a target date beside each stage on page 3 before you start, tick each line on the day it is true, and keep the Day 0 to Day 7 grid on page 7 in view during launch week.

It does not run ads, write listing copy for you, or manage a content calendar. It does not replace Lunith Commerce OS Launches as a living database: you copy the outcomes into Launches and Weekly Review by hand. It does not promise sales, rankings or traffic. The price decision on page 4 points to Offer Math and Unit Cost Sheet, if you use them.
